Technical Information
Molday
ION is a 30 nm iron
oxide-based superparamagnetic (USPIO) T2 relaxation-darkening contrast.
Molday
ION, an intravascular contrast agent, has a blood half-life of
several hours and can be used in a wide range of cardiovascular and vascular
research.

Coumarinare
35nm iron oxide-based superparamagnetic contrast reagent having a
colloidal size of 35 nm. These three colloids are designed for cell
labeling and tracking and require no transfection reagents for efficient cell
labeling. The three colloids are cross-linked for stability and labeled with
the fluorescent dyes Rhodamine B, EverGreen, or Coumarin exhibiting red, green
and blue fluorescence, respectively. They can be visualized by both MRI
and fluorescence. The three fluorophores have little spectral overlap
allowing for flexibility in experiments and are compatible with fluorescent
proteins, histological stains, and common optical filers. (Rhodamine B:
ex.555 nm; em.581 nm, EverGreen: ex.498 nm; em.526, Coumarin: ex.356 nm; em.456
nm) In addition, we also offer

Molday
ION C6Amine is engineered to have terminal amino groups with
a C6 spacer. It is designed for cell labeling and allows for
efficient labeling with ligands, peptides, proteins, and nucleic acids (RNAi,
DNA, etc.). As a result, new biological properties can be conferred to
the reagent, such as targeting to a specific receptor site. These reagents
are also classified as a darkening agent acting through the T2 relaxation
process.
Molday
ION Carboxyl
Terminated nano-magnetite is specifically designed for conjugating your ligand,
peptide, antibody, and protein using water soluble carbadiimide. This T2 MRI contrast agent has a concentration of 2.5 mg Fe/ml, a size of ~30 nm, and a
zeta potential of about -35 mV. The nanoparticle is designed so that it is
not bound to or internalized by cells allowing cell labeling exclusively from
your conjugated ligand. This product is well suited for cell targeting
experiments!
